The Dragon Medical Server upgrade is planned to take place from 02.06 until 04.06.

The Dragon Medical server upgrade has been rescheduled for next week. We’ll share the new maintenance date as soon as it’s confirmed.
Scheduled
An upcoming upgrade of the Dragon Medical Server to the German Azure Cloud is scheduled. This transition is intended to enhance service performance and reliability.
As part of this maintenance, the Dutch datapacks for Clinical Administration, Radiology, and General Medicine will be updated as well.
It’s important to note that this is a routine part of our regular upgrade process, not indicative of an incident or product defect.
Users using the Dutch datapack may temporarily experience:
• Slightly reduced recognition accuracy.
• Minor recognition issues.
• Brief delays in starting a dictation.
